What makes T’s Tallow different from other brands?
We take great pride in our products. Our tallow is rendered low and slow in small batches. We don’t use any preservatives or chemicals. We don’t use any plastic utensils or equipment, reducing the presence of microplastics and PFAS. We guarantee 100% traceability.
We are transparent about our suppliers and where all our raw materials are sourced. All our tallow is produced from HMC certified halal beef fat. We are honest, trustworthy and have nothing to hide!
Where are you based?
We are based in Peterborough, England. All our products are handmade in our city.
What is beef cod fat?
Cod fat refers to the dense fat around the kidneys/suet. Its higher in stearic acid and more flavourful than the external fat of the carcass. Its much purer and best suited for tallow and skincare.
Are your products grass-fed?
At T’s Tallow, quality starts at the source. We use beef fat sourced directly from Dunleavy Meats in Ireland, where animal welfare and traditional farming come first.
The cattle are raised on grass pastures, and when housed are fed grass-based feeds. Some farmers finish their animals on meal or cereal-based feeds, all of which are declared GMO-free. Please read our blog here about grass-fed animals
Why is it so cheap?
We want our products to be accessible for everyone. Our low price does not mean we skimp on our quality. We know how many people want to eat healthy but cant afford to. Our main goal is to bridge the gap between health and affordability.
Are all your products Halal?
Yes, our beef fat is sourced from a supplier that is HMC Halal Certified in Ireland. You can contact us if you have any more questions.
When can I expect my product?
All orders are processed immediately. We dispatch orders before 1 pm the same day and you can expect to receive your item with 3-4 days. Next day shipping is also available for those wanting faster delivery.
How much do you charge for shipping?
We charge a flat rate of £2.99 for the whole of the UK. We use Evri and Inpost for most of our deliveries.
Next day shipping is through Royal Mail Tracked 24.
Do you ship worldwide?
Unfortunately not at the moment, we plan on covering more countries soon. Stay tuned!
Do you offer returns?
Yes, if you received one of our products damaged etc. Please email us on info@teestallow.com and we can resolve your issue.
